Excellent staff very helpful and always with a smile. Received all the information for the city tour. The room was a bit small but very clean and perfumed with all the facility ( wifi in the room ;)))). Very good location, walking distance to city center. The neighborhood near the hotel seemed safe as compared to the Train Station. Central station just a few blocks away. A perfect place to have a pleasant holiday in Rome. Recommended :)
Would have liked to have a balcony in the room.

Regard to the accident that i had in Rome for my stolen monies and credit cards, there is an especial thanks to Mr. Yogesh and his colleague in reception for very nice and kindness support. So, I will propose this very nice and comfort hotel close to the main rail station of Rome (Termini) and Coliseum by the some minutes walking, to anybody is going to Rome for any purpose. Also, there is an advice for visiting Rome; Take care. This city is full of thieves. Of course, this is not related to this Hotel!!

The location close to the Termini was great. The room was small and spartan but clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. For those traveling on a budget this is a very good hotel.

Location was great, room recently remodeled, staff very friendly
Only complaint is that water took some time to get hot if you wanted to take a shower

The location of the venue is unbeatable, just next door to central railway station, and hop off buses. For lunch or dinner go to La Gallina Bianca, located a couple of blocks away from the hotel. The rooms are great value for money with private bathroom.

Staff are very welcoming and helpfull..my room (10) was just fine for a solo traveler. The only thing was the size of the bed was just a bit small (twin bed) ... The morning breakfast for 3€ was very good...you can request to your liking... Bathroom and room was very clean....location was just perfect a couple of blocks away from termini train station...other touristic sights were just 10 to 15 minute walk away. When I return to rome I would definitely stay at hotel everest.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and on arrival they handed us a map and told us how to get to various attractions, where to eat and what to avoid! The rooms were cleaned regularly and linen changed every 3 days or when required. The location near Stazione Termini was great for hopping on the sightseeing buses, buses to parts of Rome as well as trains to other destinations. There were restaurants nearby and we even found a delightful Irish pub on our walk to the Colosseum.
